Patchwork of Colour

Welcome to our first exhibition of the year that celebrates the beautiful season of Spring.

In this exhibition we are showcasing one of Emily’s all time favourite artists Lesley Seeger who is based in York. Alongside a mosaic artist Lindsey Kennedy you may remember from previous exhibitions. Throughout this exhibition we are observing patterns that are often found in nature in two different mediums. Lesley represents this by mark making with paint drawing and observing the landscape through shapes, and Lindsey is using the medium of mosaics to create landscapes.  

Other exhibiting artists involved in this exhibition are ceramics by Janene Waudby, Charlotte Manser, glasswork by Maggie Williams wire work by Sarah Brown and Wild Grey Arts Jewellery by Judit Paktos, Kate Bajic an Claire Lowe.
