Sirocco Jewellery

We are really pleased to be welcoming Sirocco Jewellery into the gallery.

She is a local jewellery designer and her workshop is based in Skipton North Yorkshire. However Kay spends a lot of time frequently visiting Andalucia in Spain where she takes influence from repeating geometric patterns and plant motifs seen on the amazing ceramic telework and plasterwork at locations such as the Alhambra Palace in Granada, the Alcázar in Seville and the Mezquita de Cordoba.

Kay likes to incorporate the vibrant colours and beauty of the natural world of Andalucia into her work which is made possible by using vitreous enamel.

Kay has also attended a number of our Jewellery workshops over the years and from learning a number of jewellery techniques she has now developed her own unique style.
