Rachel Butlin

We are really excited to be exhibiting Rachel’s mix media jewellery in our Northern Lights exhibition. It is the first time we have showcased her work in the gallery after personally admiring it for a very long time. 

I love the way she puts colours and textures, working with silver, plastic and wood. She combines many silversmithing skills within her work such as traditional enamelling techniques alongside working with contemporary materials. 

We particularly love her playful take on jewellery in particular her interchangeable earrings where you can decide which materials to put together.
