This copper etching has a Japanese quality about it, capturing the essence of the iconic Yorkshire dales “Hawthorn Tree”, separated into three sections where Rachel as closely observed the detailed hawthorn knotted branches and buds.
The rich torn paper edge is visible in this piece and adds a lovely quality to the finished print.
We feel Rachels work, can be displayed anywhere in a home environment but with the print be unglazed I would recommend avoiding displaying this print in a kitchen or bathroom. The perfect location would be in a bedroom or living room.
