Square Lidded Box

We are really pleased to be welcoming ceramicist Simon Shaw into the gallery. We love his colour palette, rich purple tones combined with green dribbles.

This square lidded jar has beautiful mark making on the top of the lid surface and has a beautiful white polished glaze inside.

We feel Simon’s work sit’s beautifully against the work by painter David Knight and can imagine this statement lidded jar would sit comfortably in any home interior.
