January Reflections is one of my favourite collages by David Knight. Due to the layering of the collaged papers that have created an interesting outer shape, which is then echoed by the rich painterly marks found within the painting that capture the movement of water. The abstract nature of this piece allows you to interpret shapes and objects that you as the individual can read throughout the mark making of this painting.
The soft colour palette and abstract nature of this painting allows this piece to work within any modern interior room.

Framed in a oak frame painted white and left open to enhance the painting and mark making found on the collage.
Picture hooks are screwed onto the back of the painting allowing you to hang the painting easily.
Recommendation to hang this painting using two screw’s in the wall at the top corners of the picture, allowing the hooks to hang from the screws.
