A hawthorn sculpture that encapsulates six pairs of earrings that can be easily removed when worn. This year Emily has been heavily inspired by the hawthorn trees which a very vivid red. She has created this sculpture that showcases all of her favourite techniques, saw piercing, enamelling and stone setting.
The sculpture is to be enjoyed and sits beautifully on a shelf firmly set in the driftwood and if the wearer wants to wear a pair of earrings they can carefully remove the berries from the tree and wear them.

A hand pierced hawthorn tree made from copper highly polished and frosted elements
six pairs of earrings are set within this design and can be taken on and off. the earrings act as the berries and are easily removed when the wear wants to wear a pair.
Earrings are garnets, rubies , sunstone and red agate.
Blue tit birds have been enamelled.
