Driftwood Framed Wall Piece

A beautiful small study by textile artist Ally Harper. We love how she has incorporated found everyday objects into the driftwood. The nails add a beautiful polished sparkle to the piece and complement the intricately detailed stitched French knots.

We think this piece looks great framed alongside David Knight’s work, but we can also imagine it in a modern home displayed alongside collections of objects people have gathered from natural surroundings.
