Heather Larson

I first came across Heather and her beautiful work when I enrolled on a polishing workshop with the prestigious polishing guru who polishes work for the royal family. During our three day specialist polishing course I got talking to Heather about her work and we discussed the possibility of sending a collection to the gallery.

Two years after the course we are now showcasing Heather wonderful collection of hand engraved and enamelled Jewellery.

Heather make’s contemporary jewellery, using silver, gold, enamel, and gemstones. Her work is often based on textures and shapes found in nature and she love’s playing with colour to create unique pieces of jewellery.

she has always been a nature lover and gardener and her work is based on the natural sciences.  She love’s taking a closer look at objects around her and many of her pieces are inspired by geology, botany, and microscopy.

After twenty years working in an office, she love’s going to her bench each day to see what she can imagine and create.
