Claw Setting with Judith Peterhoff

Focus on spending the day learning a traditional jewellery technique, with contemporary jeweller Judith Peterhoff.

We will be learning how to prong set 5 to 8mm faceted stones of your choice, in silver.

You can either make a ring or a pendant on the day.

This workshop is perfect for practising complex stone settings as well as the chance to refine soldering techniques, as we will be soldering fine wires.

You will be sent a list of stones the week before so you can choose the stones and shapes you would like to work with.

The workshop includes 

All materials and tools (including the faceted stone). An email will be sent a week before the workshop as a reminder as well as the list of stones so you can select the one you would like to work with

Designed for people with jewellery experience however beginners are welcome too.
