Ally Harper

We are really please to be welcoming textile artist Ally Harper into the gallery. 
Her work occupies a relaxed middle ground between abstract painting and applied art. Embroidery and the use of stitch helps her express her individuality.

Her interest is in mother natures graffiti and in the form and colours of lichen and rock pools.

My work is a reflection of what I see in nature. I bring the small, overlooked to a bigger scale so everyone can see it.
